Coach Christie currently leads the Volleyball, the High School Girls Basketball, and the Academic Bowl programs at Regent. He is also an assistant coach for the Varsity Baseball team. Since coming to Regent in 2007, Coach Christie has won five state championships in high school volleyball (four OCSAA in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and one OSSAA in 2014) while finishing as runner-up three times (2016, 2017, and 2019). He was named Tulsa World's Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2016. Coach Christie has also led the Academic Bowl team to four championships (2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018).
Previous roles include serving as Regent's Athletic Director from 2007-2014, and coaching football and track. Outside of Regent, Coach Christie runs/owns SWAT Volleyball Club. Mike resides in Broken Arrow with his wife and two daughters.
