Regent Preparatory School of Oklahoma, is accredited by the Association of Classical and Christian Schools.  It is located in Tulsa and is in its 19th school year with over 530 currently enrolled students, Pre-K through 12th grade.

For the 2019-2020 academic year, we are seeking a Rhetoric school math teacher (Algebra II, Geometry, Calculus).  Ideal candidates will have some familiarity with Christian and classical education in addition to subject mastery and teaching experience. For the 2019-2020 academic year, we are seeking a part time/full time Enrichment 2 & 3 teacher (pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten) teacher. This position includes accelerated instruction in Saxon phonics and mathematics. Teachers work with small class sizes, involved parents, and are given time during the school day to plan together. For the 2019-20 academic year, we are also seeking the following:

1.  Art teacher for 7th and 8th grade art curriculum, 7th and 8th grade art elective and high school Art II elective (approx. 7 hrs/week)

2.  Non-honors Spanish for 10th, 11th grades (3-5 days/week, 2 hours/day)

3.  Part-time Photography teacher for high school elective (2-3 hrs/week)

In addition, we seek to fill several staff positions:

1.  High School receptionist/admin assistant for secondary administrators (formerly Ricki Jackson)

  •      - receptionist, welcome, sign-ins, security, etc…
  •      - administrative support for our secondary level administrative team
  •      - school software – daily attendance for secondary students
  •      - minutes for faculty meetings, calendar management
  •      - first line for nursing needs in high school
  •      - record-keeping and other tasks, as needed

2.  Auction Coordinator (formerly Lori Shapleigh)

  •      - Plan and execute Regent’s annual auction event
  •      - Work with volunteers and coordinate various committees
  •      - Insure all dollars raised are deposited in bank account and expenses are paid

3.  RamShop Manager (formerly Denise Newton)

  •      - Manage the physical store location
  •      - Order items to be stocked in the store
  •      - Handle finances associated with the store
  •      - Work with (or additionally serve as) the manager of the Regent on-line stores 3x each year

4.  Support staff (formerly Brooke Wilson)

  •      - Administrative support as directed by April Gilbert (2 hrs/day)
  •      - Administrative support as directed by high school receptionist/admin
  •      - Proctor of study halls as assigned and substitute in classrooms on occasion
  •      - Possible student activity coordinator (Beta Club)
  •      - Possible manager of Regent’s social media (Instagram and Facebook)

5. Graphic Designer – free lance as needed (formerly Erica Fletcher)

  •      - Produce designs for Regent promotional products
  •      - Layout for the quarterly Regent Reporter
  •      - Occasional other designs (Auction, Musical, etc…)
  •      - Employment Application
