Hadley Streich joined the Regent coaching staff in spring 2025 as the high school cheer coach. Coach Streich will be earning her marketing degree from Oklahoma Baptist University in spring 2025, then she plans to work in Tulsa full-time. She attended grammar school at Regent and later attended Metro Christian before transferring to Jenks High School, where she cheered and graduated. Coach Streich was a college cheer squad member while at OBU, where she also was on a National Championship Stunt Team. She is the daughter of Heather Streich, former cheer coach at Regent, who along with Coach Cassie Smith started and formulated the first cheer teams and cheer program at Regent. 

Beyond cheer, Coach Streich is an active member of First Baptist Church Tulsa and is passionate about mentoring young athletes both in skill and character.

Elizabeth Nokes, a Regent parent, serves as the high school cheer program assistant to Coach Streich. Elizabeth managers concessions during football season and assists with communications and program organization needs.
