Last week, Class 6 students visited Climb Tulsa. They climbed with a belayer and had the opportunity to boulder. The main character in their summer reading assignment was a boy who overcame many perils to climb a mountain in the Swiss Alps, learning to be self-sacrificial like his father. They also visited the Philbrook to view the special exhibit of American Artists. #regentfieldtrips #classicalchristianeducation

Fall field trip season has begun! Last Thursday, Class 5 students stomped through Wilson Rawls’ (author of Where the Red Fern Grows and Summer of the Monkeys) childhood surroundings in Tahlequah visiting the Carnegie Library, Hunter’s Home, and the Illinois River. Along the way they met a few friendly turkeys and experienced the beauty and power of a river. Mr. Rawls did not reside long in Oklahoma, but he left tracks all over our neck of the woods. #regentfieldtrips #classicalchristianeducation

Regent Rams Cross Country is off to a great start! Both the varsity girls’ and boys’ teams placed 1st at this week’s RSU meet in the 2A-4A division. Lucy O’Dea led the way for the girls’ team finishing 1st with a time of 12:04. Junior Clay McKinney competed in the 5A-6A division and finished 2nd with an impressive time of 15:27. #gorams #regentathletics
