Varsity Tennis Head Coach
Coach Rob Acebo will return to Regent as the high school head girls' and boys' tennis coach for the 2025-2026 school year.
Coach Acebo was the Regent head tennis coach for 4 years from 2021-2024 before returning to Jenks last year, where he was a successful head coach from 2007-2020.
In his coaching career, Coach Acebo has led high school tennis teams to seven 6A state titles, fourteen 6A runner-up state titles, and one 4A runner-up state title. Coach Acebo has also led teams to 23 6A regional titles and two 4A regional titles. He has received coaching honors that include OCA Girls Tennis Coach of the Year, USTA Missouri Valley Tennis Coach of the Year, NFHS Sectional Tennis Coach of the Year and also being named four times as the Tulsa World Tennis Coach of the Year.
Coach Acebo brings great tennis coaching experience and leadership, along with shared faith in the Lord, that will benefit our Regent tennis students and the athletic program.
